Today’s photo is from the Citroen store on the Champs-Elysee. The Citroen shop is a multi-story affair with new and old cars displayed on each floor. The lowest level features their championship WRC efforts. This is Sebastien Loeb’s 2012 DS3 World Rally Championship car. Sony NEX-5N, SEL16mm, 1/60, f/4.5, ISO 320.
Today’s photo is from a recent walk around Tempe Town Lake. After rains is a great time to take pictures since the wet ground adds so much to the scene. Taken with my iPhone 5, edited in Silver Efx Pro 2.
Today’s photo is another from this past weekend in Pismo Beach. I placed my tripod near the door, but forgot to put it in the car so I didn’t have it with me. Luckily I keep the GorillaPod in the backpack and was able to stick it on a railing to get this shot. It was about 10 at night, so there weren’t many people out but there were stars. Sony NEX-5N, SEL16mm, 46 seconds, f/8.0, ISO 100
Today’s photo is from Shell Beach this past weekend. I stacked my two .6 ND filters and my circular polarizer and at f/18, I still could only go as low as 1.3 seconds. I think I need a .9 or darker ND filter next time I go to the ocean. Edited in Perfect Effects 4 and Lightroom 4.
Today’s photo is from the rooftop of the Duomo in Milan. I loved the colors in this photo. Taken with the Sigma 60mm, f/2.8, 1/100, ISO 2500
Today’s photo is taken at the top of the hill on the way to the Basilica du Sacre-Couer. My mom has a postcard of a similar street and even though we had bought tickets to take the funicular back down, she had to take the stairs. Sony NEX-5N, SEL35mm, 1/100, f/2.8, ISO 100
Today’s photo is another of the Eiffel Tower. Shot this with the fisheye adapter from a side path on our way to catch a bus. It’s hard to express just how huge it is. Sony NEX-5N, SEL16mm w/fisheye adapter, 1/125, f/6.3, ISO100, edited in LR4 & Color Efex Pro
